1. What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Quantity orders through an ASI approved account pay only the actual freight charges. Small orders are subject to a "less than minimum" charge of $10.00. Sample orders are charged actual freight charges plus $5.00.

2. What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Returns are reasonably accepted, but you must call for a Return Authorization Number (RA #). You must return all goods to the address specified. Mis-directed shipments are your responsibility.

All returned goods must be in marketable condition with all tags and labels attached. The RA # must appear on the outside of all packages. No returns of merchandise or samples will be authorized later than 30 days after you receive the order.

3. Do you accept credit cards?

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Terms are offered to our accredited ASI accounts.

4. What about sizing?

Uniforms are generally cut for a roomy fit. Size charts are available for many of our products, and are in some of our ASI catalogs. If in doubt, call, and we'll fax the applicable charts to you. If you are contemplating a group order, ask about our "fit line" program. Some of the more widely used charts are reproduced below.

5. Are your Flame Retardants, really Flame Retardant?

Normal textile fabrics will ignite and continue to burn when exposed to an ignition source. Garments marked "Bulwark Extreme Protection" are worn continuously in the workplace as secondary protective clothing. As defined by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), secondary protective clothing is designed for continuous wear in designated locations where intermittent exposure to molted substance splash, radient heat, and flame is possible.

Flame Resistant Apparel does NOT provide personal protection from chemical exposures,but will resist ignition and will self-extinguish when removed from the ignition source. Common causes of ignition and burning of work apparel include exposure to open flames, flammable liquids or soils, molten metals, spargs and slag from welding or flame cutting, electric arcs, and ignition of combustible dusts.Bulwark Extreme Protection garments will not provide significant protection from burn injury in the immediate area of high heat contact and their protection can be negated by overwhelming exposure.

Fax a request to us on your company letterhead at 1-800-405-6255. Clearly show your location and what you are interested in. We'll have a counsellor from your area call you.

7. Can I download catalogs?
Click the download button under each catalog name for a free copy downloaded to your computer. The download will be in PDF format read by almost all computers. You can download a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader free on the Adobe website. WARNING! These files are large, and take time to download. SUGGESTION: If you have a dialup connection, do your download just befgore you leave for the day, and let it run. The VF catalog will probably take until the early morning to complete.
